First Wednesday of every month 10.30am – 12.30pm

Love to Move

Sociable, supportive session with seated movement to music and time for a cuppa!

Every Wednesday morning 10.30am – 12.15pm (Except first of the month)

Singing Together

A fun opportunity to sing songs and help improve wellbeing!

Held at Montague House Care Home (Next To C-Op), Keeling Lane, Brampton, PE28 4BS
Doors open at 6.00pm. Singing 6.15pm – 7.15pm.
Refreshments and snacks provided!
Usually, the first Tuesday of the month but please contact for exact dates.

The Thursday Club

Provides professional care in a safe and friendly environment to enable carers a day of respite.

Third Thursday of every month 9.30am – 3.30pm

Most of our activities take place at Brampton Memorial Centre, Thrapston Road, Brampton PE28 4TB
(Free and plentiful parking available)
